M.U.S.I.C.
The foundation of our program is built upon Brazilian futsal principles, known for their emphasis on technical skill, creativity, and quick decision-making. Brazilian futsal is more than just a game; it’s a training ground for young players to develop close ball control, quick passing, and spatial awareness—skills that are essential for success on the field, but also encourage an expressive, free-flowing style of play.
Technical Focus: Training sessions incorporate small-sided games, intense footwork drills, and creative improvisation, mirroring the Brazilian approach of developing players’ creativity and comfort with the ball at their feet.
Player Development: Beyond just teaching how to play, Music City Futsal focuses on cultivating a strong sense of personal and collective responsibility, fostering a player’s individual flair while also encouraging teamwork and communication.
Music City Futsal is a youth program where soccer meets rhythm, where Brazilian-inspired technical mastery fuses with Nashville’s musical spirit. It’s not just about playing the game—it’s about learning how to feel the game, to move with it like a musician feels and interprets music. For young players, it’s a chance to grow both as athletes and as artists, creating their own unique style on and off the court, and building skills that will stay with them for life.
We strive to make musicians on the court.
